Norton wears a black leather jacket over the standard school vest and a white button up shirt. He also wears dark brown pants, blacks boots, and black fingerless gloves. His hair dark brown and styled into an afro with shaved sides.
He's often satirical in his way of speaking and maintains a tough guy with a soft interior personality.

Norton makes regular appearances throughout the story's third arc, otherwise he doesn't have any major roles.
