Character Description[]
Aaron stands at 5'10 with a lean physique. His facial features are defined by a strong jawline, sharp nose structure, and hazel brown eyes. Most students are surprised he hasn't taken up some sort of modeling.
Aaron's hair is styled into a low afro puff, which is his self-proclaimed signature look. Occasionally, he switches it up with a full afro or a high puff. In the evening, he often lets his hair go wild, neglecting proper care half of the time. His mother usually steps in to remind him to take better care of it.
On campus, Aaron's preferred outfit consists of the school's white polo, paired with a blue sweater vest and khaki pants. Completing his look are his black and white All-Star sneakers. On warmer days, he ditches the sweater vest but keeps the rest of the outfit intact.
In the winter, Aaron opts for extra warmth, layering a dark navy blue turtleneck under the school's long-sleeved white polo. He pairs this with the usual khaki pants and adds dark navy blue gloves for extra insulation. Topping off his winter ensemble is a brown ushanka hat with black fur trim.
Aaron's casual attire includes a moss green crew-neck shirt layered with a sage green long-sleeved shirt and paired with camo cargo pants. He completes the look with red and white all-star sneakers. When the weather turns colder, he adds his blue school vest over a white tee shirt and tops it all off with a dark blue hoodie. For footwear, he opts for hiking boots, and he dons the same black fur-trimmed brown ushanka hat to stay warm.
His nighttime attire is simple, usually consisting of a white muscle shirt paired with red basketball shorts.
Characteristics[]
From a distance, Aaron may seem like your typical bully, especially when he's with his peers, often picking on those he considers weaker. However, there's another side to him—a chill, laid-back demeanor that he reveals to anyone he shows a fondness to.
In spite of this, Aaron's vulnerability to manipulation frequently places him into difficult situations. Whether he's with the Townies or the Bullies, this susceptibility underscores his profound insecurity about fitting in—a struggle that has haunted him for as long as he can remember. This pressure to belong extends even to his family, where his siblings excel academically and socially, leaving him feeling inadequate by comparison.
That insecurity has manifested as rebelliousness, pent-up emotions, and suppressed resentment. When pushed into a corner, he disobeys his mother, shows disrespect to his siblings, and becomes outright hostile towards authority figures at school. That hostility is increased tenfold when he deals with almost anyone from the Preppies, which usually ends in physical altercations and both parties in Crabblesnitch's office.
Regardless of all of that, Aaron is remarkably loyal to his friends and will do whatever it takes to protect them. A prime example of this is his friendship with Bentley You. Although their relationship got off to a rocky start, they soon discovered they had more in common than they realized. This common ground helped them bond and develop a strong friendship built on mutual trust and support.
Strengths[]
Despite growing up in a sheltered and privileged environment, Aaron has developed street smarts from his time spent wandering around Bullworth. Leveraging this newfound knowledge, he has been able to connect with individuals who might not typically associate with a "school kid." Through his interactions, he's earned recognition among the tougher crowds in town, establishing himself as a familiar face in certain areas where he can navigate with relative ease and minimal concern for his safety.
Surprisingly to many, Aaron is excellent at bass guitar. He's mastered the instrument to the point where he currently holds the high score on Guitar Gladiator at the Bullworth Town Arcade. His passion for music dates back to his middle school days, and he's been toying with the idea of starting a band. However, finding like-minded individuals at Bullworth has proven to be a challenge. In addition to playing bass, Aaron has recently taken an interest in DJ'ing. A friend at one of the local radio stations even loaned him an old turntable to practice on.
Aaron maintains a decent level of fitness, although he doesn't follow a strict exercise routine. He stays active by participating in gym classes and occasionally using his older brother's exercise equipment at home. This general fitness also translates into his fighting abilities, as he possesses enough strength to deliver heavy hits to his opponents, even if his technique can be somewhat lacking or sloppy at times.
He also has a remarkably high metabolism, which is evident in his big appetite and love for food. It's not uncommon to see him devouring three or four servings of Edna's cooking before finally feeling full.
In his academic life, Aaron prioritizes Drama class above all else. It's not necessarily because he's passionate about the subject matter, but rather because Mr. Douglas shows genuine interest in Aaron's success, which motivates him to perform well. As a result, Aaron tends to focus more and achieves decent grades as a result which had an overall positive effect on his other classes.
The classes Aaron excels in most are Music, Art, Gym, and Drama.
Weaknesses[]
Aaron has a big problem with acting on impulse, as he tends to act without considering the consequences of his actions. An example of this is when he destroyed several items inside of the Spencer Shipping warehouse without weighing the repercussions, particularly from the preps. His mother often expresses concern that his lack of impulse control may eventually place him in legal trouble.
He also has poor conflict resolution skills, opting to escalate the situation rather than seek resolution. His interactions with students like Derby Harrington, Bif Taylor, and Tad Spencer, typically end in a fight that's usually started by Aaron's unwillingness to let himself be pushed over.
Aaron's cynicism skews his perception of the world, often leading him to expect the worst in people and situations. He approaches his social life with a skeptical attitude, viewing acts of kindness or generosity from strangers as ulterior motives or insincere gestures. This cynical lens influences his interactions with others, as he may preemptively distrust or distance himself from people, fearing betrayal or disappointment. As a result, he may inadvertently push away those who genuinely care about him, perpetuating a cycle of distrust and isolation.
The classes that Aaron does the worst in are Math, Chemistry, Biology, and Spanish.
Social Standing[]
Aaron's social standing can be best described as one of the "shot-callers" within the Bullies clique, second only to Russell. Once he selects a target for bullying, the rest of the group follows suit. It's not so much a hierarchy thing as it is Aaron's strong personality that naturally pushes the other bullies to follow him. Other than that, his closest friend within the clique is Erin Foley, with whom he shares a bond over their coincidentally similar first names.
Beyond his own clique, Aaron's social standing at school is pretty small. The jocks tend to give him space, partly because of his connection to Mike and Kelsey. While he used to get along with the greasers, his recent split with Vance has strained those relationships. Unfortunately, there is much animosity between him and the nerds, preppies, and those who don't fit into any particular group.
Outside of school, he is considered an honorary townie by the clique. Often joining them after school hours and during holiday breaks to escape from his family. He's grown especially close with Leon and Jerry, the two stepping in from preventing Otto and Omar from getting into trouble that would otherwise ruin Aaron's life.
Background and Personal Life[]
Romantic Relationships[]
Being one of the few openly gay students at Bullworth, Aaron has had a few hookups with various guys around school, but he really only had a steady relationship with Vance Medici, who left him heartbroken over summer break. This has caused Aaron to spiral into destructive behaviors that carried over into the school year. However, he's started to have feelings for Bentley You, but doesn't know how to act on them due to their difficult friendship.
Familial Relationships and Background[]
Aaron grew up in a household with a caring mother and a diligent father. However, when his younger sibling, Kelsey, was born, Aaron often found himself inadvertently sidelined by his parents' attention to their newest addition. This dynamic persisted as the siblings grew older. Aaron's life was further shaken when he accidentally stumbled upon evidence of his father's infidelity. Discovering damaging emails and photos on his dad's office computer, Aaron unintentionally exposed the affair to his mother one day, leading to his parents' divorce. The guilt of being the catalyst for his family's separation weighs heavily on Aaron, a persistent thought that follows him.
Contrary to Aaron's belief, his mother does not hold any resentment towards him. She is tough on Aaron because she sees his potential and wants him to succeed. Aware of his tendency to be hard on himself, she tries to steer him away from trouble. However, she refuses to provide financial support when Aaron is consistently making poor decisions. Instead, she insists that he take responsibility for his actions and learn the value of hard work. So to instill a sense of responsibility, she encourages him to work at a local convenience store, hoping it will teach him important life lessons and to not take what he has for granted.
Aaron's relationship with his siblings is somewhat complicated. Mike, his older brother, unintentionally belittles Aaron, while Kelsey, his younger sister, does so intentionally. Both of them believe Aaron is capable of achieving more academically and socially. However, despite their differences and occasional conflicts, they always come together to support each other when faced with outside threats, setting aside their sibling rivalry for the greater good of their relationship.
Aaron maintains a decent relationship with his extended family, but he tends to keep to himself when they come to town. He typically only emerges from his room for the occasional greeting and obligatory family photo before retreating back to his own space.
